The TRADISA GROUP has become aware of the existence of web pages and e-mail addresses which are unlawfully using the registered trade mark 'TRADISA', and for this reason and without prejudice to the actions taken by the TRADISA GROUP against those who seek to infringe its rights over the registered trade mark, we wish to make the following statement public:

The TRADISA GROUP does not carry out the activity of buying or selling new or used vehicles, nor does it carry out such transactions through the INTERNET, and it has no link of any kind with those web pages and e-mail addresses which unlawfully use the registered trade mark 'TRADISA'.
