TRADISA has R+D departments for each of its operation, dedicated to the design of new solutions to facilitate and improve the logistics activities of each one of its clients. Occasional, these solutions are personalised and designed in collaboration with the client. Here are some examples:
- Care Line. Developed in collaboration with General Motors, it allows the manufacturer to rectify on the line the manufacturing defects and avoid decline in the quality indexes which can be detected by the end client.
- Rush Orders. Record time distribution of automobile spare parts to the dealerships.
- Moto GP System. Patented by TRADISA, this anchoring system allows the motorbikes to be distributed in the naked mode without risk of damaging the vehicle.
- PDI. Allows the dealership to receive the vehicle ready to be delivered to the end client.

- In sorting and picking processes, with the aim of providing traceability in the distribution of spare parts chain.
- Confirmation of truck loading in the warehouse.
- Advising end client of delivery.
- Automatic shrink wrap machine for packaging spare parts (see image).
- Intermodal transport:
- Shipments of large loads between just one point of origin and destination.
