TRADISA is the first operator to offer auditing services for the product finished on the same manufacturer’s production line Thanks to close collaboration with General Motors, TRADISA has Developed the Care Line solution, providing specialised verification services for all of the models that the brand manufactures in its factory in Zaragoza (Spain).

To carry out this solution, TRADISA has provided very specialised training to its staff, who must be very familiar with each of the Opel models and be able to carry out dynamic and independent checks of all the vehicles made by the brand. Also, the TRADISA technicians have to carry out the control in sync with the production line, with work times of 1.5 to 2 minutes per automobile

Thanks to this solution, the manufacturer is capable of rectifying on the production line manufacturing defects and provide greater added value to their vehicles, as it avoids decline in the quality indexes which are detectable by the end client. The vehicles that do not pass the audit are returned to the production line so the defects detected can be resolved in situ.

With this service, the manufacture also achieves a greater commitment and responsibility from the technicians that intervene in the different manufacturing processes, who see the quality of their work evaluated by an independent auditor on the same production line.

Although each of the models has a different check list, in general lines, the verification protocol includes more that 90 control points in the following categories:
  • Test drive
  • Driver’s seat
  • Electrical functions
  • Mechanical and manual functions
  • Engine start
  • Front lights
  • External check
